Tiny Box Maker scoops KOLBUS Christmas Prize
Jamie Marsden, Tiny Box Maker factory manager said: “Being a manufacturer is a big selling point for us. We can offer exact sized packaging, on a much shorter lead time and with minimum order quantities of only 50. The Tiny Box Maker has seen regular growth over the last few years, and I feel the market is demanding a more locally supplied product. Somewhere that people can pick up the phone and speak to account managers, come and see their products and add to the growth of UK industry”.
Marsden continued: “A few months ago I entered a Christmas competition run by the Printing Solutions Magazine, where KOLBUS offered a chance to win a bottle of Chivas Regal 21-year-old whisky. After answering a question about the KOLBUS DA 260 casemaker, on which the elaborate box for the whisky was produced, I received an email from Greg Bird, Deputy Managing Director of KOLBUS UK, telling me that I had had won! A few weeks later, Arran Sethi, Kolbus UK Sales Manager, popped in, had a chat and left me with a beautifully presented bottle of Chivas Regal Royal Salute whisky”.
Arran Sethi said: “It was a pleasure to present Jamie with the bottle of Chivas Regal whisky. Apparently, he is a big fan and was looking forward to a drink later. Jamie gave me a tour around the manufacturing site, looking at his systems and production methods, which I could see required high levels of detail and experience to finish.
